2. Information we collect
When you submit a form, we process the details you provide: name, contact information, country and project location, property and project type, floor area, design and permit details, indicative budget, your message and any image reference code. For operation and security, the server may record technical information such as IP address, request timestamps and access logs.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess project requirements and prepare a potential quotation or collaboration (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps prior to a contract). Limited technical data may be processed to protect the website from misuse (Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests). Accounting and tax records, when applicable, are processed under legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Recipients
Access is limited to authorised people handling enquiries. Website hosting and business email providers may process information as part of operating the service. We do not sell enquiry details to advertisers.
5. Retention
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to assess them and complete the relevant communication or pre-contractual process, reviewing and deleting records when no longer needed. If a contract follows, certain information may be kept for contractual and statutory accounting requirements. Technical logs follow the hosting environment’s security and retention settings.
6. Cookies and security
Our forms use a strictly necessary session cookie (LPPSESSION) to support CSRF protection and our locally hosted CAPTCHA. We do not use Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare CAPTCHA. The current website package does not include third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If these are introduced, the notice and any required consent controls will be updated.
7. International transfers
Systematic transfers outside the European Economic Area are not intended through these forms. If a service provider or collaboration requires such a transfer, the applicable legal safeguards will be assessed and relevant information made available.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Contact info@lp-planning.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
9. External links and changes
External websites are governed by their own privacy notices. We may revise this policy if the website’s data processing or services materially change.
